Q. What is EBSuite CRM?

Q. Who should use EBSuite CRM?

Q. How much does it cost?

Q. Is training included in your service?

Our experience has shown that "getting started with something new" can be difficult. That's why, we offer each company's administrator personal one-on-one training and setup to get you started in hours not days or weeks. EBSuite's Online / Offline User Guides explain every feature step-by-step in each module (.PDF format). Or our interactive Flash Tutorials present each feature to you as a short on-screen video.

Q. Can I customize EBSuite?

Yes, we offer more customization than other CRMs. Our Role based customization enables a unique experience for each user or a company-wide view as a standard starting point for your team. Our custom fields empower you to capture most types of information and some you may not have thought of, like web/file URL's, multiple select drop down boxes, calculate, dates, numbers and string fields.

Q. Can it be integrated to the existing system?

Yes, using our Web Services API, you may exchange and link to your other systems. Some CRM vendors try and market Web Services as their idea and strategy, then they give it a cute name like "Appexchange". However, Web Services is an industry standard to communicate between applications. Our customers have been using our API for over four years. So, whether you would like to connect to large systems, like PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, or Telephony systems, ERP systems or custom application your company developed, it's not a problem.

Q. Does EBSuite need maintenance and how often?

No, we take care of all the worries, with data back-up and system monitoring staffed 24x7x365 in our state of the art secure data center.

Q. Can I control the user's access to information? How about other managers?

Yes, you may configure access to information for each user and their role. For example, a sales manager may view only the records for their sales team.

Q. Is training included in your service?

Yes we offer each company's administrator personal one-on-one training and setup to get you started in hours not days or weeks. Our customer support representatives are available online or by telephone. Q. Do we offer volume price discounts?

Q. Can I import from Outlook, ACT!?

Yes, we have a full set of data import wizards to guide you each step of the import process.

Q. Are there any storage limits?

There are no storage limits, however there is a file size limit for each file.

Q. Can I use my Apple iPhone?
