To access our Online User Guide, simply click on the Help ? icon in the upper right corner of the application. Next, select a topic or module from the index on the left frame. Or download a complete User's Guide for each module by clicking on the URL listed at the top of the left frame.
Search our Knowledge Base for answers to FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions). To access our Knowledge Base simply click on the Help ? icon in the upper right corner of the application. Next, select the Support Portal tab and create an account using your email address. Then, click on the Knowledge Base tab. Our Knowledge Base provides a full text string search and will search our entire database for matches. Therefore, you are not limited to specific "keywords" for your search.
Our customer support representatives are available online or by telephone. If you prefer contact by telephone, please call customer service at 1-888-CRM-EBS0 option#2 (1-888-276-3270) from 9:00 a.m. to 9 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday (except for statutory holidays).
These self-paced on-demand tutorials allow users to train when it's convenient. Just log in to your EBSuite account and click Help ? icon located in the upper right corner, next, click on the Flash Tutorial tab to get view.
You are welcome to submit a service request online. Your request or "ticket" will be automatically routed to our service staff. Our case routing permits us to route your case to the person on our staff that is the most qualified. To submit a service request, simply click on the Help ? icon in the upper right corner of the application. Next, select the Support Portal tab and create an account using your email address. Then, click on the Service Request tab and click on the Submit New Service Request icon. You will receive your answer by email and in your support portal account.
